Chimichurri sauce is traditionally used to flavour grilled beef or chicken - either directly on the plate or by brushing the meat with it in the last few minutes before cooking. But you can't go wrong by adding it to a baked vegetable or egg omelette. If you are looking for a gastronomic experience or want to dazzle, this pesto is just what you have been looking for. It does not contain chemical preservatives, flavourings, gluten or GMO.
