Traditional Ajikiri/small DEBA knife 118 mm from Japanese company Sekiryu
This sharp Japanese Ajikiri/small Deba knife made of high quality 420 J2 HRC 53(+/-) stainless steel was made in Seki, a city famous for knife making all over the world. Robust knife ground in Japanese style on one side only. This knife is used for fish and other meat. Its blade design allows easy boning, thinly slicing meat and chopping smaller bones. This is also the perfect knife for sushi preparation.
The ergonomic D-shaped handle is made of poplar wood. It is always designed for excellent hand control.
