The spatulas are specially designed for easy handling of grilled food on all types of grills. The spatula can also be used for cleaning and removing baked-on residues from grills and fire pits. The spatula is sharpened on one side, so there is no problem to cut anything.
This exclusive BBQ spatula has a very hard cutting core made of Japanese vg-10 steel, which is very well protected against corrosion. This exceptional steel has a long lasting sharpness at R61 +/- 1 Rockwell hardness. The core of Japanese VG-10 steel is sandwiched between 66 layers of 2 stainless damascene steels for exceptional durability and toughness. The damask pattern of this spatula is unique and unrepeatable.
Each spatula is hand-ground and at high hardness achieves exceptional to extreme sharpness.
Never wash the knife in the dishwasher. To maintain sharpness, hand wash and dry the knife immediately.
