Very sharp BBQ Max chef's knife with a blade length of 210 mm from the Dellinger Sandvik Northern Sunseries. This knife is ideal for versatile use. This classic knife has a curved blade with a bevelled tip and handles slicing or dicing meat as easily as slicing vegetables and chopping herbs.
Knives from the Dellinger Sandvik Northern Sun series are perfect for the world of modern and progressive cuisine. The most modern technologies are required for their production. The blades are laminated and hot forged with a characteristic rotating sunburst pattern. This pattern minimizes friction when cutting and prevents the material being cut from sticking. Knives from this unique series are carefully ground at an angle of 12-15°, ensuring minimal fluid leakage when cutting fruit, vegetables and meat. The excellent Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel boasts a hardness of around 59 HRC after hardening in a vacuum furnace. Recommendations and maintenance
