Product detailed description

Gyuto/Chef knife Suncraft SENZO Entrée

Robust, very sharp Japanese knife made of Japanese AUS-8 steel with impressive design and highest quality. The knife spine and blade taper to a point for versatile use of the extraordinary cutting force. Cutting, slicing, cleaning meat, fruit and vegetables - nothing will be a problem for this unique Japanese-shaped knife. The GYUTO chef's knife is also suitable for cradling herbs, vegetables and nuts thanks to its higher tip. The long blade of the knife provides the best control when cutting and slicing. Japanese art, precision and new technologies make this knife unique and inimitable.

The materials used for the production of SENZO Entrée knives have been selected to maximize the sharpness and wear resistance of the knives. The water-resistant handle made of black Pakka-wood is also suitable for the high hygiene standards required in restaurants and catering establishments.

We recommend purchasing a sheath or blade protector for the knife.
