You must have already wondered how the vegetables and fruits that decorate the dishes in Japanese and Asian restaurants are prepared. The secret lies in this professional hand slicer. Any vegetable, fruit or cabbage can be chopped on the mandolin in a few minutes. Simply turn the wheel to obtain the thickness of the sliced food from 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Can cut food up to 67 mm wide. With this mandoline you can make both slices and noodles in two different widths of 1 mm and 2.5 mm.
