Robust cleaver Dellinger Pary D2

This unique cleaver-shaped knife is promised for BBQ and grilling. Even smaller bones can't stop a sharp blade. The rounded blade of the knife allows for swinging cuts that make slicing fish, meat and herbs easier. This knife is forged from D2 tool steel. The handle is made of brushed Wenge wood. After precise and careful hardening, tempering and annealing, it reaches a hardness of HRC 60-62. His blade won't damage anything. You'll want to show every visitor what a beautiful piece of iron is hiding in your kitchen.

If you know that you will not need the knife for a long time, it is advisable to coat it with oil and wrap it in a cloth or newspaper.
