German Samurai
The Dellinger German Samurai chef's knives have blades made of German molybdenum-vanadium steel 1.4116, produced by Thyssen Krupp. The very high sharpness of these kitchen knives is supported by a hardness of 56-58 HRC.
Western style handle is made of ebony wood and is decorated with a central mosaic rivet. It is always meticulously hand-polished, ergonomically shaped and designed for excellent hand control. The specially designed shape of the guard is suitable for Asian knife grip. Triple riveting ensures perfect strength, stability and connection of the knife blade to the handle.
