Kitchen knives of GF series are fully forged – they are heavier and more resistant than regular GLOBAL G series. The back of the knife and the and the edge are narrowed to the tip for the universal use and extraordinary cutting strength. Cutting, slicing, cleaning the meat, fruit and vegetables – nothing will be problem for this unique knife of Japanese shape. Chef’s knife GYUTO Samurai is thanks to higher put tip also suitable for swaying cutting of herbs, vegetables and nuts.
