Knife Sashimi / Sakimaru Yanagiba 310 mm is a high quality knife designed for the most demanding customers from the ranks of professionals as well as amateur chefs. The production of this blade goes through 14 processes up to manual grinding. The 310 mm blade of AISI 1095 steel was polished with hazuya stone in the final phase - achieving a razor blade (razorsharp). Real SanbonSugi hamon is made according to ancient traditional methods, which is based on many years of experience of blacksmith master. Saya is hand decorated with mother-of-pearl pearl shell with dragon motif.

The octagonal handle is made of rosewood. It is always hand-polished, ergonomically shaped and designed for excellent manual operation.
