Diamond sharpener 250 mm for efficient sharpening of hard steel knives

Diamond sharpener with a length of 25 cm suitable for sharpening hard steel kitchen knives. Thanks to the round shape of the sharpener, the required efficiency in dressing is ensured. The moulded handle is soft to the touch and comfortable in the hand, even when sharpening for longer periods.

✅ Instructions for use: 1/ Stand the whetstone perpendicularly downwards, resting it on the tip. 2/ With a free stroke (without applying a pushing force) at an angle of about 20 degrees, repeat several times running the blade of the knife over the surface of the whetstone. Sharpen the blade from the base of the knife to the tip and repeat 2-3 times, then rotate to the other side of the knife until the blade is sharp enough.

✅ Maintenance and cleaning: 1/ Do not wash in the dishwasher ! 2/ If the surface of the sharpener is contaminated with metal particles, remove them with a sponge under running water. 3/ Baking soda on a sponge can be used (detergent is not recommended). 4/ After washing, dry the sharpener thoroughly. 5/ Keep the sharpener and sharpened knives out of the reach of children - this will prevent unnecessary accidents.
