Product detailed description

Japanese Paring paring knife from the Suncraft Senzo Twisted Octagon Damascus series

Very sharp Japanese paring knife for cutting fruit and vegetables from the Suncraft Senzo Twisted Octagon Damascus series made of Damascus steel with a durable and short blade. The perfect knife for trimming, edging and decorating fruits and vegetables. With this knife, you can also perfectly pierce the meat and achieve precise cutting guidance. Its versatility makes this knife an important and indispensable for every cook.

Japanese knives Suncraft Senzo Twisted Octagon Damascus have an ultra-sharp cutting core made of Japanese VG10 steel with a hardness of HRC 62 +/-1, which is very well protected against corrosion. The core is sandwiched between 66 layers of 2 stainless damascene steels, which provide exceptional durability and toughness. The perfectly balanced, precisely tapered Japanese-shaped blade with a shimmering damascus pattern minimises friction when cutting and prevents the material being cut from sticking to the blade. Damask pattern is unique and unrepeatable.
