Use
First of all, it is necessary to align the blade, this is important for very dull or damaged knives, insert the knife into the carbide sharpener in a vertical position and in this position apply pressure by pulling the sharpener 2 to 3 times. Now you can start sharpening the blade on the ceramic - stretch the knife from the handle to the tip, the tip of the knife must be pointing downwards, press the knife only slightly, repeat 4-8 times. The last step of sharpening is to finish sharpening the blade, now choose the opposite procedure, where the tip of the knife points upwards and with very little pressure pull the knife through the sharpener 3-5 times.If you use this step in the kitchen as much as possible, your knives will be sharp all the time. After sharpening, be sure to rinse the knife and sharpener thoroughly with water.

Maintenance and warnings
The sharpener is not suitable for ceramic knives. Do not apply too much pressure when sharpening, as this could damage the blade or the sharpener. Do not put the grinder in the dishwasher or in water. Keep the sharpener and sharpened knives out of the reach of children to avoid unnecessary accidents.
