Universal Serbian knife for slicing and chopping
You can do almost anything with this Skogskock utility knife. Chopping, slicing, boning, cleaning meat and vegetables - nothing is a problem for this knife. The knife is hand forged and made of D2 steel. After precise and careful hardening, tempering and annealing, it reaches a hardness of HRC 60-62. His blade will not be damaged by anyone or anything. The Dellinger Rasp BBQ knife has a 5 mm thick tough blade that will serve you for many years. The handle of the knife is made of Rosewood.
