Stainless steel sharpener with a length of 25 cm suitable for sharpening kitchen knives made of common steel. Thanks to the round shape of the sharpener, the required efficiency is ensured when dressing. The moulded handle is comfortable to the touch, even when grinding for longer periods.

Use
Place the sharpener perpendicularly down, resting it on the tip. Repeat by running the blade blade facet over the surface of the sharpener several times with a free stroke (without applying any pushing force) at an angle of about 20 degrees. Sharpen the knife from the base of the knife to the tip and repeat 2-3 times, then turn to the other side of the knife until the blade is sharp enough. The sharpener is not suitable for ceramic knives. Do not exert too much pressure when sharpening, as this could damage the blade or sharpener.

Maintenance and cleaning
Do not wash in the dishwasher. If the surface of the sharpener is contaminated with metal particles, remove it with a sponge under running water. Baking soda on a sponge can be used (detergent is not recommended). After washing, dry the blade thoroughly. Keep the sharpener and sharpened knives out of the reach of children - this will prevent unnecessary accidents.
