Red carving knife Kiridashi Kanetsune
The single-edged Japanese Kiridashi knife is a sharp knife not only for carving in wood. He can easily do the job, like the well-known "carpetbagger". It is made of 420J stainless steel with a simple faceted grinding finish.
The handle and sheath are made of red plastic specially designed to fit well in the hand. The knife is primarily designed to be held in the right hand.
