Very sharp Santoku closing knife

The practical Santoku outdoor knife will become a faithful partner of every outdoor enthusiast. It features a very sharp blade made of Japanese AUS-10 Sanmai steel, which is very well protected against corrosion. Japanese AUS-10 steel has a long lasting sharpness at R60 +/- 1 Rockwell hardness. The core of Japanese AUS-10 steel is sandwiched between 6 layers of 2 stainless damascus steels (damascus steel), which provide exceptional durability and toughness.

All this in a practical size and impeccable handcrafting. The blade length of 140 mm is perfectly suited for outdoor cooking. In addition, the blade is firmly secured with a Liner-lock lock against spontaneous closing. The knife has olive wood blades and has solid forging, which gives it a luxurious and original look.
