Japanese Nakiri knife by Tosiki Nanbu

Very sharp Japanese vegetable knife Nakiri from KIYA Japan made of Japanese Aogami steel. The shape of the knife resembles a meat cleaver, but don't be fooled. With a blade length of only 120 mm, you can easily cut vegetables into small cubes or strips. The height of the blade allows you to easily scoop the cut ingredients onto the blade and transfer them to the pot or pan.

The oval handle is made of magnolia wood. It is always neatly hand-polished, ergonomically shaped and designed for excellent hand control. This knife is suitable for right and left hand use.

We recommend purchasing a sheath or blade protector for the knife.
