Product detailed description

Precise vegetable slicing with the Tojiro DP Damascus Nakiri knife

Professional Nakiri knife for slicing and chopping vegetables and herbs. The shape of the knife resembles a meat cleaver, but don't be fooled. With the 165 mm long blade you can easily cut all vegetables into small cubes or strips. The height of the blade allows the cut ingredients to be easily scooped onto the blade and transferred to the pot or pan. You will appreciate the unsurpassed properties of the knife, for example, when slicing onions. The sharpness of the blade ensures minimal liquid leakage and your food will be full of juices and vitamins. The wide blade and triple-riveted handle give you the best control when cutting and slicing.

The Nakiri Tojiro DP Damascus has a hard VG10 core sandwiched between 2 layers of stainless steel.
