Folding steak knife SOK Shark VG10 damascus Carbon with leather sheath
Have you ever visited a restaurant and had trouble cutting your food with a dull knife ? The solution is the SOK Shark Damascus personal steak knife. This closing knife is discreetly stored in a leather sheath and fits in your pocket or handbag. It's lightweight yet razor sharp. Your dining dilemma is solved. The design of the SOK Shark Damascus personal steak knife is based on the original Japanese-style closing pocket knife. Like the original, it opens easily with a slim, elegant lever, but without spring assistance. Unlike the original, this knife is equipped with a secure liner-lock lock to ensure the blade does not close during use. The quality blade is made from Japanese VG-10 damascus steel with a beautiful finish. This elegant wavy pattern is called Sumi-Nagashi in Japan. The SOK Shark Damascus Personal Steak Knife is ground at a 16° angle on each side and is razor sharp. This makes cutting food easier and helps to make dining more enjoyable. When it cuts or digs into the meat - it gives you perfectly clean, even slices, ensuring that all the juices and flavour remain inside each piece. It's all accentuated by a timeless carbon fibre shank that's not only beautiful, but also very comfortable to hold in the hand. The knife folds into a leather sheath for easy storage.

How to care for the knife and what not to do with it ...
Never wash the knife in the dishwasher. To maintain sharpness, hand wash and dry the knife immediately.
Do not use the knife as a crowbar and avoid bending it.
Protect the knife from dropping or knocking.
Cleaning a hunting knife: Particles attached to the blade surface from aggressive substances can begin to corrode and form rust-like stains on the surface of the knife. However, it is not the knife blade that rusts, but the particles that are attached. Commonly used to remove these are, for example, baking soda, which forms a "slurry" when soaked, and old cork.
Sharpening a hunting knife: we recommend using diamond and water sharpening stones for VG10 steel knife blades. If you are not 100% sure of your skills and dexterity, please contact us. We will sharpen your knives individually according to your wishes. We also regularly organise knife sharpening courses. Alternatively, look for a professional sharpener in your area. Damage that could result from unprofessional sharpening is irreversible.
Please note: Each knife is made from natural materials. Each piece of steel is original and inimitable, therefore your knife may not look exactly as pictured. The knife you receive will be of the same quality and detailing, but may vary slightly.
