SUPREME series is a flagship of Japanese knives MCUSTA ZANMAI. Design of the TWISTED knife is for a change unique for its twisted octagonal handle. It is not only good looking but is also maximum practical and comfortable. As a material, laminated Red Pakka wood was used with decorative mosaic rivet. This all is ended with stylish guard made of Alpaka (alloy of Nickel Silver). This material excels for its antibacterial and anticorrosive qualities. The blade with perfect edge is purely made of Japanese VG-10 steel (C-1%, Cr-15%, Mo-1%, V-0.2%, Co-1,5%), also known under the name “super steel”. the hardness of the steel is on optimal level of 61±1 HRC, so the knife will stay sharp for a long time and it is not so fragile. As a bonus in our distribution, each knife of SUPREME series is packed into gift wooden case (standard packaging is only paper case).
